Gathering Goodness.
Spreading Hope.
The JCMF tagline means gathering goodness of supporters, wellness professionals, evidenced based programs, local supports and spreading hope through awareness initiatives, implementing programs, offering training and more.
Our Mission
The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s mission is to empower youth and strengthen communities through programs, education, services, and resources that foster meaningful connections, resilience, and mental wellness. We are deeply committed to serving the youth and communities of Baldwin County, Alabama, our home, while sharing our resources, programs and impact with communities across Alabama and beyond.
Our Vision
The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s vision is to create compassionate, connected, and informed communities where every young person has the support, knowledge, confidence, and resilience to navigate life, build meaningful connections, and thrive for generations to come.
Our Long-Term Goals
Our vision begins with the people we serve. We will continue showing up for students in K-12 schools and for the families, educators, and neighbors who support them. Building on the prevention and early intervention programs that have made an impact, we will keep growing our reach so that more young people and communities have the support they need to thrive.
The programs, services, and initiatives are to provide one or more of the following opportunities for the people in our service areas:
1
To build healthy relationships with other community members.
2
To develop positive coping behaviors.
3
To foster a positive mindset that help seeking is a valuable life skill versus a sign of weakness.
4
To gain access to wellness support services.
5
To attend learning development around relevant wellness topics.
6
To reduce the stigma around mental health and wellness.
