We are excited to be providing an expanded Conference experience!! The up-coming 12th Annual National Peer Program Conference is now 2 FULL DAYS that will be REPEATED in the same week. These back-to-back offerings will be referred to as Conference A and Conference B. The new format will allow flexibility in dates, reduce substitute related stressors, and increase overall access to the Conference.
Conference A: March 6-7, 2023

Keynote Speaker: Emily Elrod
Her clients describe Emily Elrod as energetic, wiser beyond her years, and the person that gets things done. Her husband describes her as a blonde, good momma, and animal philanthropist.
But if you ask her, she is just a lover of humanity, dark chocolate, and nouns as she will gladly nerd out with you on ways people, places, and things (aka nouns) go from stressed to strategic as she helps them perform at their top potential.
She has a background in ergonomic engineering, Human Resources, and Wholistic Human-Centric design. She is blessed to own a company called Workzbeth at works with high-performing, high-pressure teams of all sizes to create WISE work environments where people show up, collaborate, perform, and have fun while doing it.
Hotel Lodging
Conference registrants will need to book hotel nights directly with Perdido Beach Resort. The Perdido Beach Resort will cancel any booked rooms if guests have not registered for the Conference prior to making your lodging reservation. Room rates start at $129 with the option to upgrade.

Conference Attire
Casual, comfortable clothing is encouraged. Jeans are appropriate for this Conference!
Cancellations
I understand that Conference Registrations cancelled in:
- 2022 will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
- January 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- February or March 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.
