Fairhope Middle School Peer Helpers conducted the annual Anti-Bullying Assembly for 7th graders. Bullying prevention video clips were shown and Peer Helpers discussed what students should do if they are bullied. Mrs. Bowling, the 7th grade Counselor, and Mrs. Doyle, the 8th grade Counselor, presented information regarding how to report bullying online and also the Student Harassment and Bullying Complaint forms located in the Counselor’s office.

The Jamari Terrell Williams Student Bullying Prevention Act was also presented that addresses cyber bullying and bullying off campus. The assembly concluded with the students signing their school’s Anti-Bullying/Harassment Contract, which is taken home for a parent signature.
