2016 Peer Helper Partner & Rodeo Sponsorship
Since our inception in 1998 and because of the loyal support of community investors like you, the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation has been able to train and support Peer
Helper Programs and grow to 47 schools touching Kindergarteners through 12th graders.
Our Peer Helper Program model is a certified curriculum based on teaching communication, coping and problem solving skills in order to equip students with the knowledge to support their peers through daily issues and life obstacles. This concept is based on the fact that when a young person is seeking help, validation or guidance, they turn to a peer first and reach out to their parents much later if at all. Therefore, it is our youth that we will continue to empower to support one another because they make the greatest positive impact.
From classroom-to-classroom and generation-to-generation, we are creating a culture of Peer Helping because once a student is trained; they are always a Peer Helper. Thank you in advance for your financial assistance and partnership with the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s mission to help our youth cope with day-to-day life issues and excel into adulthood.
Join us for a NEW event this year benefiting Peer Helper Programs in Baldwin County. Live Music by Brittany Bell, beer and wine, and catering by LA BBQ. Tickets are $50 per person and include Rodeo admission. Tickets can be purchased from Bryant Bank in Foley, Caldwell, Wenzel & Asthana, and The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation.
