The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation produces the Annual National Peer Program Conference to provide training for current and future Peer Program Coordinators.  The conference attracts speakers, presenters, counselors, teachers, social workers, and nonprofit administrators from around the country.  This Conference provides a forum for adult Peer Program Coordinators to train, collaborate, and share best practices for Peer Helper Programs.

The 8th Annual National Conference will be held February 8-9 at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama.

 This Conference allows you to dive deeper into current topics related to peer-to-peer support groups, gain the materials and tactics to train students to be Peer Helpers and hear from other Peer Program Professionals on the tips they use for a successful program. Travis Crim
The Ladder

Engaging audiences around the country for over twenty years, Travis Crim animates the stage with energy, humor and a genuine love for people. An Alabama native based in Southern California, Travis splits time on the road as a speaker and comedian for various ministries while managing writing-acting-producing interests in Los Angeles. Travis’ initial speaking opportunities came while playing football at The University of Alabama. He would go on to serve as the student director at a local church in Tuscaloosa before his time as an itinerant communicator and entertainer. His experience includes stints with Compassion International, World Vision, FCA, JH Ranch and Outback America in addition to a variety of corporate organizations. He and his wife Delaine have three children: daughters Ginsyn and Taegan, and their son Sylas.

Lance Dyer

Born in Villa Rica Georgia and spending most of his life in Bremen Georgia, Lance became a resident of Anniston Alabama 2 1/2 years ago. His career was in the Industrial Sales and Service industry up until the loss of his son Dakota Dyer on March 10 2012. He and his wife Deanna formed the Dakota Dyer Foundation to help educate and bring awareness to the youth and young adults concerning Synthetic Drugs. His experience over the almost 6 years brings a unique view to the inner workings of the manufacturing, distribution and effects of Synthetic Drugs on our youth and adults. His experience also includes testifying before the Senate Drug Caucus Comm, testimony in front of 26 individual states Senate and House Committee’s recognized by 2 states as an expert witness concerning Synthetic Cannibinoids, hosting Synthetic Drug conferences, speaking to the youth in 94 public and private schools, speaking to Native American Reservations High Schools and several SEC collages.  He has also accompanied Federal, State and Local Law enforcement on interdiction raids. His speaking experience includes National, and Regional Television, Radio, Print and Press Conferences, He has appeared on Fox, CNN, National Geographic, and PSA’s published by the United States Postal Service and the US Military. He currently works for Highland Health Systems a Substance Abuse Mental Health Center that services 2 counties.
